I make companies easier to understand.

And harder to ignore.

The marketing that gets a company to one stage rarely gets it to the next. The answer is sharper focus: identify the few things that matter most, execute them exceptionally well and build the system to turn them into measurable growth.

Selected Work

  • Trade show booth for Session AI with a sign indicating it was formerly ZineOne. The booth features a reception counter, colorful illuminated panels, and small round tables with yellow stools. The background shows an open exhibition space with other booths and industrial ceiling structures.

    Creating a Category

Rebranding to Session AI: creating a new category called In-Session Marketing.

  • Aerial view of a city street with tall office buildings, trees, and snowy weather, showing snow falling over the scene.

    Beyond the Sales Deck

GroundControl: Turning the traditional deck into an interactive experience.

  • A holiday-themed scratch-off contest sheet with spaces to reveal prizes and activities named after people and items, such as Carla's coffee, Sal's smoothies, Bill's burgers, D's diner, Ricky's rings, Carl's coats, Barb's bags, Serge's shoes, Mary's mugs, Neil's nails, Monica's mats, and Ben's barber. The instructions at the top invite participants to scratch off squares to see if they've won a prize or a chance to receive a discount on a future campaign with instructions to contact via email with a promo code and a picture of the winning card if they win.

    GTM Launch

Cost Per Visit: Launching a groundbreaking performance model.

  • Screenshot of the GroundTruth website homepage featuring an aerial view of city buildings and streets with overlay text promoting local in-store visits and marketing platform.

The work starts with the business and ends with impact.

MY APPROACH TO MARKETING.

Start with the business.

Marketing problems rarely begin with a missing campaign. I want to understand what the company is trying to change, how it wins, where customers get confused and what Sales struggles to explain.

Build ideas that travel.

A good strategy shouldn’t live in a deck. It should work on a website, in a sales conversation, at an event, in a product launch and across everything your customer touches.

Make complexity useful.

Complicated products don’t need complicated marketing. Some of my best work has come from finding the clearest, most compelling way to explain something genuinely difficult.

Make it matter.

The work has to be good, but it also has to work. I’d rather focus on a few things that can materially change the business and do them exceptionally well.

A man in a blazer and glasses stands on stage at a conference, smiling and holding a remote. Behind him, there is a large screen displaying a presentation titled 'Converting anonymous consumers in a privacy-first world' by Don Silver, and a backdrop with the event's name 'Tail Connect' and sponsor logos.

Builder. Operator. Marketer.

Four men are seated or standing in front of a large presentation screen at a conference or panel discussion. The screen displays information about a company called GroundTruth, including text and labels such as 'proprietary data,' 'trusted performance,' and 'visits to physical stores.' The room has large windows allowing natural light, and a ceiling-mounted camera is visible on the right side of the image.

I’ve spent 18+ years helping companies navigate moments of growth, transformation and reinvention. Those moments often come when the product is evolving, the story needs sharpening, or marketing needs to catch up with where the business is going.

I helped scale GroundTruth from $8M to more than $180M in revenue, later served as CMO of Session AI, and have built and led marketing across companies at very different stages.

My work has spanned positioning, brand, product marketing, go-to-market, integrated campaigns, content, research, digital experiences and sales enablement, along with building the teams and operating systems behind the work.

What connects it all is simple: understand the business, find the clearest story, and build marketing that moves it forward.
